I Care Because…

  • Bullying can take the lives of people, and that is terrible to go through.

    Hadee — 14
  • some people that have the power to do something about it don't.

    Anson — 15
  • I care about preventing bullying because it affects people all over the world. The victim of bullying can become suicidal or fall into a depression. The attackers are not always unaffected, the guilt may stay with them. Bullying is demonstrated on television, often more intensely then in reality. However, they can unconsciously imitate their favorite character from a TV show. Bullying is nothing but a negative impact on society, it can make people of all ages unhappy.

  • Bullying is a pervasive issue that affects individuals, communities, and society as a whole. It's not just a childhood rite of passage; it's a serious problem with lasting consequences. I care deeply about addressing bullying because it undermines the fundamental right of every person to feel safe, respected, and valued. When bullying is allowed to persist, it creates a climate of fear and intimidation that can stifle personal growth, academic achievement, and overall well-being.

    Gabriel —
  • Bullying is wrong and leads to unnecessary stress and bad feelings. If it continues it can also lead to worse things as we saw today. I care because no ones feelings deserve to be hurt. Bullying seems to be brushed to the side in schools and the school system doesn't know how to fix it. So kids continue to do it more and more and the effects worsen and the schools are clueless or don't try enough to fix it.

    Rowan — 15
  • I get bullied and I don’t want anyone to feel my pain

    Moon — 16
  • I care because bullying has long term consequences. Bullying can lead to suicidal ideation or self-destructive behavior. I have had personal
experience with cyber harassment from adults on X from my favorite rock bands and it truly crushes one to see their idol hurt them. Nobody should be told to end their lives. Period point blank. I want to spread joy and whimsy to the world.

    Rachel — 16
  • Hi I hope the world will be a better place for you and myself. Have a good day keep positive.

    Bella — 11
  • I Care Because a lot of people hurt themselves for someone telling them they are horrible, and judging them for their likes.

    Bernie — 11
  • If you're not feeling well, you can talk to your representatives or adults like your parents or teachers. Be brave and we wish you a good recovery.
